The secret ingredient that makes Razon’s Halo-halo the Best in the Philippines is the choice of ingredients. First ingredient is the macapuno, which are used for garnishing and to give the halo-halo its creamy texture. The second ingredients is saging na saba, which has a kind of earthy flavor and serves as a contrast to the sweetness of halo-halo. Lastly, since every Filipino loves leche flan, it serves as the finishing touch to Razon’s Halo-Halo.
